Business truths…

We tend to separate people in businesses in those who bring money and save money to all. But there is in all people an intermediate phase which many employees or employers do not understand many of the times, even if they were taught about it in some college or university.

In business, a factor that is usually neglected by associates and employees is the time factor. Yeaaahhh, you will say NOT another Time Management discussion… Indeed NOT.

The time I am referring is the time that is needed for a new employee in a business to get in, mingle with people and business, evolve, learn, put efforts, learn some more, cooperate, get the right mindset and then actually do the work!!! In other means, to be really useful from a point on.

People usually do not comprehend this. We either demand or nag.

But, usually, an employee in a business starts to be really productive after a year of being in the business and actually work. I mean work with full speed and have the mind in the work. By doing this, after a year more or less, stops being an expense and begins to be a factor of growth or gets out of that business. Many books wrote about this but someone has to have managed a few people to see it in action.

The bad thing for a business (apart from the reasons) is to enable and train a person for such a time and then this person to go somewhere else. It is like a miscomplete thing. Most of people think and act (and usually for their respected reasons) by hoping around. Thus, they do not really know or learn what they can offer and do after that year has passed.

Hard truth, guys and girls, but you have to have a business to understand this. In nature things work also this way. The grapes are turned to juice and WITH TIME they evolve to wine. Of course, businesses have to have a plan for people who perform with understanding and give back.

It is nonsense for someone to expect that people who work now with him will stay forever around, as in various cases and with proper situations and understanding this happens. All and all, even when someone shifted around various jobs can probably see that unless he/she builds its own nothing lasts forever… The only way around is to get in a business recognize if the environment can give you what you need and question about how you will be able to help this environment grow and build.

This way the business owner (when he has some maturity and understanding) sees in you a potential friend and co-fighter for a common goal. Not a person that is hoping around or is unstable in decisions. Even so, he business owner cannot predict your future changes or needs, but it is different to put all efforts in one thing than try to grab around…

Experience can be sum up this way, but someone needs to consider with what he can be left after X years and plan ahead.

One man alone can achieve some things but many can do miracles when there is a common goal and understanding.
